£30 per session
6 Session Block (One to One Coaching)
The best results are achieved when you commit to a regular exercise programme and I believe that six is the magic number. It takes six weeks for your body to change and adapt to a new training programme, so why not save £30 and book 6 sessions in one block.
After each 6 week block, if you rebook, we'll assess your progress and make changes to your programme to keep seeing those changes.
£150 for 6 sessions
Working out is so much more fun with a friend, so why not split the cost and train with a buddy? You'll still get my full attention for a whole hour, although I'll plan a slightly different workout for you and your friend that suits both of your goals, and allows you to push each other and get competitive!
£35 per session
Gather your friends or colleagues together and book in for a Group Bootcamp. One hour of circuit style fitness for all levels and abilities at your chosen location around the Bournemouth area. This session is interactive and competitive, so you can have fun while getting in shape with your friends. Minimum of 3, maximum of 8 people in one session. Also perfect for hen parties or corporate team building activities.
£50 per session
